🚨 Troubleshooting:

If you are facing issues and a trade is not getting executed, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Check TradingView Logs

  1. Go to TradingView and navigate to the logs section.
  2. Ensure that the trade appears in the logs. If the trade is not visible in the TradingView logs, it indicates an issue with the indicator or alert settings — in this case, please reach out to your Pine Script developer to resolve it.

Step 2: Verify PickMyTrade Logs

  1. If the trade is visible in TradingView logs, proceed to PickMyTrade logs.
  2. Check whether the particular trade is listed there and review the alert status to see the actual execution status of that specific trade.

Step 3: When the Trade is Missing in PickMyTrade Logs

If the trade is present in TradingView logs but not visible in PickMyTrade logs:

1. Go to TradingView, then navigate to logs.

2. Export logs to a CSV file.

3. Send the exported CSV file to the PickMyTrade support team at [support email] along with your registered email ID.
