Subscription Not Found, Can Not Place Order

If you want to trade on a live account without taking a subscription, then this status will appear. You can check your subscription from the Payment Tab.

Trial Expired, Can Not Place Order

We provide a 5-day trial account. If your account has expired, you cannot trade. To renew the trial version, you need to take a live subscription. You can check account validity from the info tab. Note: Demo account validity will auto-increase after taking a live subscription.

Demo Access Token Not Found

If Tradovate is not connected with PickMyTrade, this alert status will appear. You can connect Tradovate by clicking the Tradovate Disconnected button.

Live Access Token Not Found

If you want to place a trade in a live account and Tradovate is not connected with PickMyTrade, this alert status will appear. You can connect Tradovate by clicking the Tradovate Disconnected button.

Account ID Not Found on Tradovate, May Be Your Token is Invalid

Can Not Send, Symbol Mapping Not Found in Setting

User needs to add data in the Settings Tab.

Can Not Send, Tradovate Account is Bind With Another Account

If the same Tradovate account is added with another PickMyTrade account, this error will occur. User needs to subscribe to a PickMyTrade plan to resolve this issue.

Can Not Send, Duplicate Position Found

If the user sends a duplicate position and allows false from the alert while the position exists in the Tradovate account, this error will occur.

Alert Saved

If everything is going well but the Tradovate account is giving errors, this message will appear. The user needs to contact the PickMyTrade support team.

Access is Denied

In this alert status, the user needs to contact the Tradovate support team for assistance.

PickMyTrade accepts JSON data only. Users need to check the alert format. You can generate alerts using the “Generate Alert Utility”: Generate Alert Utility
